My mom has been under the care of Elegant Hospice since January of 2022 when she was released from the hospital after undergoing heart surgery. I give Miss Kendra Lamb 10 stars for the way she took care of every single detail concerning my mother being transported from the hospital to my brother's house, to making all the arrangements to have a hospital bed set-up and ready for her when she arrived. Ms. Kendra took care of ensuring that all the medical equipment my mother would need was delivered to the house before she arrived from the hospital and arranged for my mother's prescriptions to be transferred from her old pharmacy to now being delivered to the house. I cannot say enough about how great and professional Ms Kendra was that day and everyday since then. When we had to move my mother from my brother's house into an apartment with my sister 7 months ago, Ms. Kendra again took care of every detail ensuring all that needed to be done in transporting the hospital bed and medical equipment to the apartment was done without a hitch. I love how much she cares for the patient and ensures they are kept as comfortable as possible. It doesn't matter what time of day or night I text or call Ms. Kendra, she always answers or gets back to me right away and takes care of whatever problem we have. She is a true asset to the company. All the staff that has been sent to help my mother has been great as well, from the nurse, to the Social Worker, to the chaplain, to the hygiene CNA's that bathe my mother. My mother has developed a really great relationship with Ms. Kendra and her staff, (Micaylah, Alaina, Beatrice, John, Crystal, Icey, Connie, etc.) and loves them so much and knows they love her too. They've all been so great in everything they do caring for my mother and I couldn't ask for a better Team to be doing the job. I recommend Ms. Kendra and her staff to anyone who needs Hospice care for a loved one. They are awesome. Also want to give a shout-out to Davila Pharmacy for doing a great job in delivering my mom's prescriptions every week
