Our mission
Our mission is to spread the message that hospice is not about giving up, but instead gaining more from the time a patient has left.
At Elegant Hospice Care, we are committed to providing compassionate, individualized hospice services that prioritize comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Our interdisciplinary team works together to address each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while providing education, guidance, and support to their loved ones.
What makes our care different
24/7 nursing support
Our hospice nursing team is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Our team provides guidance, addresses urgent concerns, and coordinates additional medical support when necessary.
Individualized patient care
Every patient is unique. Our interdisciplinary team develops a personalized plan of care based on each patient’s medical needs, comfort, preferences, and goals.
Family involvement and education
We encourage patients and their families to participate in care planning. Our team provides ongoing communication, caregiver education, and guidance to help loved ones feel informed and supported.
Comprehensive hospice services
Our coordinated approach includes skilled nursing, hospice aide services, medical social work, spiritual support, and bereavement services. Physical and occupational therapy services are available when medically necessary and appropriate under the patient’s individualized hospice plan of care.
Compassionate, dignified care
We are committed to helping patients experience comfort, dignity, and meaningful moments while supporting families with compassion and understanding.

Elegant Hospice Care is accredited for hospice by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). CHAP is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body for home and community-based health care.
